a retiring colleague of mine is looking for a place in Qatar where he can buy gold bars just to perpare for rainy days ahead.I have no direct relatins with gold in any form. I promised him to ask QL people. Do any of our fellows here know where Gold Bars may be bought?

where is your friend from? place like UK you will have to pay VAT if you bring the gold bar to the country. No idea about other countries.
