it looks like you are going to be my neighbour as well (on the C-Ring road side)..lol... price for 4- br villa is unbelievable... first, check with the landlord that he is not going to rise the price in a next month or so..
that's what they tent to do:
Let’s say the tenant still has couple of months till HIS contract is over. So he passes you the place based on HIS contract.
Let’s say the tenant still has couple of months till his contract is over. So he passes you the place based on HIS contract. And then in a couple of months the landlord is coming and announcing that from now the rent is twice as much (this kind of villa might be priced at least QR 17000 – 18000/month)
So be careful with that point and check it!

Good Morning,
If it is a new villa then the rent is not bad in that area ..... also If the villa is fully furnitured and the furniture is of a good quality (say from Ikea or home center) then the price seems ok for a used furniture ... or if the furniture is local then price is too high ..

The price of the rent, is a a dream come true, less expensive, but make sure he villa is not in the queue to be demolished, this is a big trap, a holdap with conscience, why? because, while the rent is soooo cheap, you are going to pay all the crap things you don't want to buy. And 54k is alot to count. If they rent it to you unfurnished then grab it.

That is another one for my list. I have many to call when I arrive. Like you, I will only commit to a bargain! LOL
Can't be bad having such friendly neighbours!

Thanks, and sorry, couldn't come up with a picture that I thought was worthy of you yet.

Initially, I'll be sharing a friend's office in Jeham Al Kwari Building on Al Saad Street, but one of the reasons I'm out there is to look for an new office and warehouse! So don't know yet. But that's really handy info about the traffic. I hate traffic!!!
QT ... you going to be my neighbour ???
cant help you in this but i wish you good luck sweetie.
:-)
Good thing I'm not a woman and thought I'd be saving 21K on the furniture. LOL
I'm going to wait a little longer to see if it drops anymore first. LOL
Much appreciated guys!
Check out the place first.
Make sure that the building is in a good condition.
Check with the landlord and make sure that the contract stays the same otherwise the landlord may hike up the rent when u move in.
I think that the furniture is way too expensive. Check each of them out and negotite with the seller.
there is a catch here
place is good
villa.. hehehehehehe.. that kind of rent is only in dreams and for servants quarter
However, furniture cost is weird

The location is pretty central, but....there is a lot of construction on the D-Ring road at the moment.
The rent is very good, but....the furniture sounds pricy.
I Guess the bottom line is you need to go take a look see before you commit.
Hope that helps, and good luck.
Stay safe.
Perfection does not exist. The question therefore, is: what level of imperfection are we willing to settle for?
It's not a bad area no. It's close to the Mall.

The furniture costs too much in my opinion.
