It's going to be a long, hard and exciting season - espcially if Villa and Everton start winning.

Ah its a funny old game - as someone once said!! I remember us going to Maine Road about 10 years ago when City were on tour in the third tier - we got a result too!! Look at them now - loads of potential and and loads of cash as well!! We will see!

Ah Britex, I was part of the youth team in those days, sadly money is the driving force behind football nowerdays,

and we gambled and lost and are now paying the price.

Leeds should be in the Premiership. the city nd their supporters deserve it.

I remember the 70's when an arogant Leeds in their white kit with the numbers on the socks used to sweep all before them..

Stevethetyke - as the only Wycombe fan in Doha, you'll understand if I dont share your jubilation!!! Still, its a marathon not a sprint - I'll be saying that in April as we and the Saints are propping up the rest!!! Good luck for the season bud - Leeds need Championship football and ultimately prem - it will be a better league for their inclusion.

On a broader canvass, anyone signed up for a fantasy league in Qatar through the official Barclays prem website?? If so gimmee the code so I can join.......

I doubt unless rafa tinkers more than necessary with the lineup.. it should be pure academics to get all three points at the lane..

I agree with you Brit I am more suprised by the Villa loss than the Arse win.

Don't worry, Gunners will drop something at Highbury 0:4 to make up for it, maybe to City. Too young to be consistent and better away than home.

Brit, I might be United through and through, but I'm still a realist - Spurs are shite! ;o)

Phillips, I thought they were closing for Ramadan, so you're OK for this week.

Need to get your Showtime ASAP!!!

As for Man Shitty ... They may have bought some stars, but I reckon it'll be October before they start to gel as a team.

Robinho must have read the interview where David Dunn said ManC stars shud get ready for a rough welcome, so he will think of an excuse 2 get out of the game..

Gunners to draw at goodison, tottenham beat liverpool plz.

Everton 1-1 Arsenal, Baldrick beat me to it. Although in my heart I fear will be 1-0 to Everton. The back line just stinks.

Also I do think will be better year for Sunderland.

Anybody but Man U at top of table and I am happy.
