Hi Guys,
Does anyone here know if I can get GPS locations (coordinates) and speed limits of all the fixed speed cameras in Qatar? Has anyone worked on this yet?
I would like to add them in my Garmin GPS so that I am alerted every time I approach a camera !!!
Thanks in advance guys !!

Bleu - from your link: "Disclaimer: My device is a Garmin Nuvi 350. I believe these instructions are generally applicable to many of the newer Garmin models"

Mine is an iQue3600 and does not have this feature - guess I need to upgrade ;o)

BTW Adeel, I've not been here as long as you have, but I already remember where all the cameras are ;P

Did you Google it first?

adeel, you should know where they are without the GPS.

When you see everybody suddenly slowing down, follow them, until you know all the places.

What is the problem with you guys ??? If I am asking how to do somehting .... this never means I am fond of doing it !!! Its just knowledge and research ....

One should know how to do everything and then should decide what not to do !!!! If you don't know how to do something ... you are lacking knowledge !!!!

I like playing around with my gadgets .... and if you have a problem with it .... G F Y !!!!

Garmins will beep within X meters of an alert location (these are not waypoints)

Actually Qatar Living does not support pirated software, hacking, and breaking traffic laws. Your thread should be removed.

Can you tell us what time and which roads you usually use so we can avoid you?

Your Garmin can only alert you when the camera is a waypoint on your route. This will mean programming every different route you take and you will have to search for the cameras to include. In doing this you will know where the cameras are and defeat the whole point.

BTW, if you stick to the speed limits it won't matter where the cameras are will it?
