Greed at Eid

Have spent the last few days trying to buy an iPhone 6. I understand that demand is high and basic economics across the world generally means prices rise when demand is high and supply is low.  However I'm disgusted at how many stores are blatantly raising the recommended retail price to unfair levels sometimea with almost a 60% increase.

I was very annoyed that certain shops such as TCC in landmark and the shop next door have plenty of stock but are trying to sell in excess of 6000qar for the iPhone 6+

in many places around the world this practice of price hiking is illegal in regulated stores but here it seems blatant.

i feel prices have also risen in line with the Eid celebrations as retailers know many buy gifts but it is upsetting to think that others are profiting from their fellow humans due to greed.
