telljax, u can go for the treatment to the salon. otherwise get some special products for dry and damaged hair-pantene has some good stuff. there are also few good oil treatments available in the market. most of the salons are also selling some products from L'Oreal, Wella, Kadus, etc.
If you don't want to go for a all night home treatment, you can check one of the products available in the market.
The water and A/Cs here are very bad for skin and hair, so try to drink a lot of mineral water every day and eat some healthy food (green veggies, grain products are good here).
Good luck! :o)
If you're looking for a problem, you're probably gonna find one.
I have this home remedy for you: mix the following oils (medical types of oil you buy in a chemist)
50ml coconut oil
50ml sweet oil
50ml olive oil
Rub the oil mix into your hair, put a towel over your pillow and sleep with the mix in your hair. Wash out the next day, first shampoo your hair then wet your hair.
I got this recipe from an old Indian lady back home….works wonders for me.
Enjoy!!

That's norm here. Air dries hair out. Use hair tonic (Vaseline makes one) and shampoo for dried and damaged hair.
