Has free airport lounge access with Diners Cards ended?

I have a Diners Card with CBQ, and have always used it to get free airport lounge access. Recently though (April 2014) I have heard that there is now a charge. Id this true, becuase over the last few weeks I've been travelling extensively and have used the card a lot.

I'd access my CBQ account online to see if any charges have been going out, but I cannot access it at the moment.

Does anyone know anything?

they gave notice that since the lounges at the new airport are not yet finished, they're limiting access at the oryx lounge for now. although when i flew last may i was still able to use the lounge with my diners card before qatar airways and the other airlines transferred to the new airport. even silver privilege card holders are not given lounge access when i flew last june. they gave me 5000 bonus miles instead.
