Healthy Hair Diet
Everyone loves a bottle of Bumble to make their hair gorgeous. But what you might not know is that your diet has a lot to do with how luscious your locks look. Here's a list of some foods that are guaranteed to make your hair looking and feeling like you're in a Pantene Pro-V commercial.
1. Salmon. All that swimming upstream makes a big difference!
2. Dark Green Vegetables. Skip the fries and go green.
3. Beans. The more you eat, the more you _____.
4. Nuts. Go nuts with them!
5. Poultry. Take it from chicken and turkey. They had really soft feathers until you decided you were hungry.
6. Eggs. Just leave the yolks out of it.
7. Whole grains. Just another reason breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
8. Oysters. You know they're also an aphrodisiac right?
