Aspire is the new sports academy....and right next to it is the woman's health and sports club...maybe you can check with them too.
When we had our baby the Hospital (Doha Clinic Hospital on Mergab) had classes. We went and we were the only ones...plus they turned out to be what they called Anitnatal classes (almost a light workout to limber the wife a little)....so not like the classes back home....still they were better than nothing.

Aspire is the sports school next to Villagio. Recently they have opened their facilities up for membership, sort of like a gym. The classes are held in that bldg with the blue dome. I have not joined but my daughter used to go to the free kids classes they offered. The ladies running the show over there are very nice and knowledgable. Here's the link -
