If it is ok with you man, we can get like you said an indoor place and we would be playing there for 1 hour, less or more as you want guys and I'm ready to start the training course. All who want to join also can participate, what do you think? The training would be a mixture of light jogging, stretching and abdominal exercises. What do you think? Sounds good? I'm not expert but don't worry about it :)

What about the three of doing some indoor treadmill running. We could make it a regular fixture twice a week. I can't do it this week though as my lovely friend Sticky Nicki is coming all the way from England to visit me. How about next week?

That day we never met each other. I was waiting at the beginning of the Corniche near the shell, Amr and the other guys were eating sandwiches near the Sheraton Tea shop :D

Maybe you can run at dawn or late in the evening, running in the afternoon is not an option. I enjoyed running while everyone else can't :) . When humidity hits the country, then it is the best time for me to start running again.

Will do but isn't it a little hot for jogging? I went for a run on Saturday and nearly died after 10 mins. How are you and Amr doing on the running front? Sorry to have been such a baby and wimping out on it.

Good morning friend and how was your morning? It is ok and there is nothing wrong with that. Next time we go to the jogging course, bring it with you and I will show you how to wrap it in different ways. The Palestinian way, UAE way and maybe Yemeni way too :D

Just bring it and we would try to figure out together how to make this work :)

but I don't have 3egal. I am trying to wear it the Afghan way. You know, the cool wrappping and tying. I just can't get it right. I have asked my Egyptian and Palestinian friends in the office but they are too cool to wear this type of headgear and they don't know how to do it.

u can wrap it around ur head and eyes .. but don't make any accidents ... hehehhe .. that's so funny .. is it that difficult

listen dude .. the gutra is a square piece of cloth .. right?

1- Make it a triangle ..by getting the top left edge on the bottom right edge .. fold it ..

2- put it on ur head where the pointed piece is pointing at ur ass (sorry dude that's to explain) lol

3- Put the 3egal (black rope) on ur head to fix it

4- fold the edges around the 3egal on the 3egal ..
