to be honest, FatCat, you had to let him get off r/a, he had the priority of getting off r/a, but you blocked his way,.. but anyway, it is his fault that he hit you...that's what happened to me few days ago..I was in the mid lane and I had to take off service road, it was the only exit to this road, and tried to change the lane, and of course i used the signal and even tried to make an eye-contact with the guy on my right hand side... it was a lot of cars around…so i thought he got a message, and started changing the lane, but then i realized that he even doesn’t bother to let me into that lane, and at the same time i couldn't come back to my lane, as all these cars from behind took an entire space there... anyhow.. i touched this freaking bast***, who didn't want to let me out...well... it was still my fault that i did touch him... but if he knew the rules, and followed them, we could avoid this little accident...

Regarding the driver, I don't know if he was Qatari or not, I think he was not the owner but just a driver (though wearing the thobe) because there was a lady on the backseat that he seemed to be chauffeuring. The other guy who was in my car is a consultant that I picked up from the hotel, we were going to a workshop. The irony is I was not supposed to take that route, I took it only to show him the corniche. LOL, I guess he doesn't care much about the Doha corniche now!

Have been offline all day, so didn't have a chance to reply earlier.

I'm fine, the damages weren't major (not that I really care since it is a hired car, lol).

I was in the middle lane going around the roundabout, I used my left indicator to state that I wanted to keep in the roundabout. This reckless driver, who was inside the roundabout (in the lane closest to the roundabout), decided to ignore my clear indication that I was NOT getting off that exit and bum! I was hit on the driver's side. But thank God I didn't get hurt. What I don't understand is why couldn't the police tell me immediately who was to get the blame. He said he is not allowed to say, only tomorrow when I go to the police station. I guess he first needs to check who's who in the zoo before assigning blame to a party!
