I am a video and graphics editor, when my boss is behind me i work fast not to impress him but to let him feel dizzy my looking on my screen with fast graphics and videos. . after a while he will leave with a headache. . :)
Maybe your boss seems to check what you were doing, or maybe he/she likes or admires you a lot. Try to ignore him and continue doing what is best for you and with your company!
It’s much better your boss should stand always behind you to watch your activities, because you all getting paid, but doing nothing!!! Always on FACE BOOK, QL, YOUTUBE…blah blah blah. Then how do you do your work?

try to findout his FB,yahoo messenger or Google talk of which one he use and u add and login as a lady username and keep him busy.Thatswhat i am doing and its workout well.Now he wont go out of his cabin even for piss.hehe......
