PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT... I DID EVERYTHING TO GAIN WEIGHT BUT ITS NOT WORKING...
1 I EAT A LOT.
2 DRINK PLENTY OF WATER/SOFTDRINKS/BEER WITH EGG.
3 DRINK LOTS OF VITAMINS ( 4 VARIETIES).
4 SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT (INSTEAD OF GAINING WEIGHT IM LOSING WEIGHT BUT I FEEL YOUNGER.)
5 EAT CHOCOLATES CAKES ICE CREAM (BASKIN ROBBINS ESPECIALLY).
6 ALWAYS EAT SWEETS FROM STARBUCKS AND COFFEE BEANERY.
7 I DONT COMMUTE I BRING MY HUMMER WHERE EVER I GO.
8 IM NOT SWEATING ANY SINGLE DROP.
9 IM ALWAYS HAPPY NEVER BEEN DEPRESSED.
10 I HAVE A LOT OF FRIENDS.

Hummer, do you want to get fat or get muscle? What you are doing now will only lead to getting fat - unhealthy, heart-damaging, life-shortening fat.
If you want to get muscle, it's a slow process. Firstly you need to up your protein intake to around 1.5g per pound of body weight, then up your calories to around 500 over your BMR (if you google BMR there are a few calculators you can use - it's dependent on fitness level, age, weight, height, etc.) Even with all this, you're very unlikely to see more than 2Ib. of lean mass added per month, although beginners might see a sudden surge to start off with.
If you keep your food intake clean, such as lean meat and fish, plenty of vegetables, and low GI carb sources such as brown rice and brown pasta, you'll be a lot more likely to put on muscle with little increase in body fat.
Most importantly, get down the gym. Get your diet right, then lift heavy weights, lots of times. If you're fairly new, I'd recommend a total-body workout, 3 days a week. These consist of around 6 exercises, all compound movements, so they build more muscles than simple isolation movements. I've been using one from a guy called Chad Waterbury for a month or so now, and I'm very happy with my progress so far. If you want me to send you a copy, I can email it over.
In regards to supplements, I'd recommend a low-carb protein shake for after your workouts and as a snack during the day if you find it difficult to eat at regular intervals (every 2-3 hours).

Hummer, I have the same problem! Here's what I did before:
1. Eat every 3 hrs of high protein foods, or at least 6 meals/day. I also eat 1 hour before exercise and immediately within 30 minutes after exercise.
I also take protein shake (Mega Mass 4000), 1 serving a day.
2. Eat at least 1 gram of protein for every pound of your body weight (example: if body weight is 100lbs eat at least 100 grams of protein per meal).
3. Free weights exercises: i did dumbbell exercises Mon-Wed-Thurs. Taebo on Saturdays or sundays
My target weight gain: 1lb/week.

but i never seen any fat chinese yet. so i guess that's just how you are, except maybe for making your muscles more toned, do exercises in gym, i tried it to lose weight but i gained more, hahahahaha. it's pretty good eating after doing the gym. anyway, good luck to your gain weight concern.

Also do keep in mind that diet (high protein), exercise, and REST plays a vital role if you want to gain weight. These 3 works hand in hand in achieving your goal.

Not sure on vitamins, but they normally have some weight gain powders that you can mix with water before working out - they are supposed to help build lean muscle. I've never had the problem of having to gain weight, but know a number of people that swear by Cyto Gainer or True-Mass if you can find them in Doha. If nothing else you can probably order them from GNC.

if u can find Tien's nutrition tablets. u need some for ur digesting system. they have good herbal capsules.
Most GNCs have a number of weight gain products to help you bulk up. I would suggest you keep working out as the muscle weights more than fat.

I wouldnt recommend you eat lots of junk despite gaining weight its not very healthy and can cause other problems..
