I am a very positive person, I am smiling the most of the time, and I am always trying to fine that positive bit even in the absolute negative things, I don't like to show weaknesses or sadness. (Or at least I try)

But being very positive means that when you fed up, you collapse and find yourself in a damn depressing day, but the good news that you can wake up the other day positive again.

Nothing worth being sad for. :O)

A positive person would at least think..why would he/she do that? Is she gaining anything out of it?

Recently I have found great peace and happiness in penning my thoughts down on paper.

It relieves the stress out and keeps me in a positive mode.

As far as controlling/hiding emotions goes, pff I’m the worst lol

I get tensed /upset for the smallest reasons and can’t hide it from others cuz I have a face that shows everything

Agree with you Marco...no one can he happy and smiling 24/7 356 days...we can always try and be positive and not to show our negative attitude to others when we are in bad/low mood...

I think the first step towards being positive person is to acknowledge we are all humans and we are prone to error and do wrong.

Life is a B**ch, and definitely not a bed of roses.

Its up’s and downs, and even the happiest person out there is not happy/positive every minute of the day.

As I human being who has read on dynamics of the brain and its psychology, I’m pretty much comfortable in having a dark moment and feeling weak, vulnerable or sad.

Because life is all about experiences and that includes some negativity as well.
