I agree with Mandi. They are very good as they have no trans fats. Also, you have the choice to go completely vegetarian. Extremely healthy food. However, there is no alternate to home made food. Still, it is better than any other fast food.
They are fairly low-fat if you follow the healthy choice guidelines and add lots of veggies. Much better than burgers and fries or pizza, for sure. Subway is my favorite. I get them to make the sandwich a salad.
