How to make exit permit for one's own maid? I have heard that there is a form to be filled and stamped "somewhere" near the airport.

Which Form to fill? And where to get it stamped? Thanks a ton for any reply.

Yes go to the Immigration office at the Airport, I think it will cost you QR10. Fill in the form, take her Passport and your ID.
