How the Ministry of Commerce does reacts on losing companies in Qatar? Say, the company is continously losing for 3 consecutive years? Does the ministry have the power to recommend its closure?

i agree with ramshinaushad that big cos wont get their BEP in a short period of three year but what about small companies that is continously losing?

The chamber can assess the stability of this small company from the financial statement submitted. If the chamber will interfere, they might reduce the labor problems due nonpayment of wages etc. etc.

According to my knowledge, NO !

Cos, Big multi national co's who are doing large business or banks wont get their return or reach their break even point with in 3 years.. It will take time !! So chamber should close all those Co's ?

Chamber has got nothing to lose with that..
