How reliable are this logistics vaccancies
How good are this advertisements for jobs at this logistics companies some of which are advertised again and again for the same positions. Does it mean that the new recruits dont want to stick with this companies because of bad work ethics and bad managment policies.
Was just wondering how this companies treat their employees and how they go about removing trained and experienced staff in the name of recession, lack of new contracts, in short giving so many excuses but never admitting that the managers they have are not up to the work at hand and incapable of their responsibilities and this very managers go about replacing the senior workers with their brothers in law, relatives, friends and countrymen
Do this companies follow any code of ethics on how employees are to be treated. Some of this organizations even flaunt ISO certification but it is more to hoodwink the auditors rather then reflecting the workings or health of the company

Well I suppose filling the company with brothers in law relatives, friends and yes man helps this petty managers to enrich themselves without the higher management knowing whats going on. They certainly have no place for honest people as this for certain interferes with the process to fill their own pockets.
Looks like this particular Lankan or Sweedish logistics company has been using the recession excuse once to often to play around and remove staff and colleagues that dont lick up to the managers
That's the way aha aha you like or hate it..When you are in Rome do as the Romans do. Other wise get back Jojo to where you once belong.
they do things very differently here and work ethics is almost unheard of. Pardon the cliche: you move up by whom you know. You wonder how they're still in the business. C-o-n-n-e-c-t-i-o-n-s...
