how to see doctor in hamad?

I hear first we have to take appointment in local health center (which is far away in my case) and then they will give appointment and so on, which all look very cumbersome. Is there a straightforward way to go and see a doctor in hamad?

Morevoer can we take kids directly to alsadd kid emergency center?
