I'm a Cape Bretoner Q__View so play hard and occasionally sober up enough to do some work, and the last thing you want to do is give me a gun. ;)

O now Gypsy don't get me wrong there.

I did agree with the way Charmed was feeling, but I mean ... who said that I haven't done my fair share of hunting annnddd fisshing (now you know what kind of a Canadian I am) ;)

In fact, I have a to do list for everything that I want to do in Canada before (and if) I leave, I want you to check it out:

www.trythat.ca

;)

Now, what kind of a Canadian would you be?

What kind of Canadian are you Q-View? YOu don't hunt deer and caribou, seals and moose? I'm shocked.

Charmed, you charmed me there, I have to confess, and humbly agree, that yes, it is not the most humane thing to do - to be hunting animals.

Clay pigeon shooting though, I'm a 10 out of 10er on that one ;)

Tssshhhheeeeewwww: BAAM!

from what i can tell thou, people with guns go about and shoot sign posts and old bulding up out in the desert?? Maybe you could try that sport? There is clay pigeon shooting in Dubai thou, i know that much.

Yup WhoMe, I will be the one with the 18 cats and 23 dogs.

Sorry to hijack your thread Q_View, but I don't think there are any public rifle ranges here in Qatar, unless you look at Aspire, and there is defintely no hunting because there are no animals. If you want to shoot stuff you could probably just drive out to the desert and shoot cans.

By the way, I'll keep your tips and warnings about hunting chiquitas in mind, Gracias.

If you want to meet Gypsy, wait a few years and look and look at the old trailer park on Salwa road towards Abu Samra. She will be the one with square shaped eyes from watching TV and looking kinda dried out. May be you can shoot some camels there...or may be some sand rats!

My turn, Gypsy.

Club Scene? What club scene? A club scene requires the existence of decent clubs.

Anyone here who actually knows something about hunting in Qatar? At least shooting ranges?

Grazie, in advance.

Speaking of watering holes, I was thinking yesterday while browsing at Virgin Megastore that they should put a little coffee shop in there. Looking around I thought that Virgin Megastore would be better than the bars for singles to mingle. I mean, firstly, your sober, secondly, you have to assume the person can read, thirdly, there are security guards if you want to run away.

LOL Mila, Always remember when approaching the wiley woman that they are only interested in commitment. Pretending that you to are interested in one can help you bag one. :P

DaRude, Haven't been near any watering holes lately. I'm so bored with the club scene here I'd rather stay in and watch re-runs on TV. I know, I'm sad, what can I say. ;)

Yes, the wiley woman can often be found drinking around the local watering hole's. Approach with caution, they do bite when spooked...or asked. :P

QView... I dont think there is much animal for hunt here. But if your refer to woman hunting then you should go to some nite clubs.

Hunting what? Hunting requires animals to hunt. I don't think domestic camels count.
