My application for transfer of working visa to family visa from Ministry of Labor was approved, were given a MOI application number, and got the BLUE form from MOI. Now the question is this:

When i ask the Lady at MOI about what to do next, she told me that i need to send my wife to medical commission for her medical. I spoke with some of my friends who already had their visa transferred and told that they never went for medical (because it was a transfer from working to residence) and got the visa stamped right there. When i check the visa number that was on the BLUE form on the MOI website, it was showing that Ministry of Labor applied for my wife's VISIT VISA.

Now i'm confused. Is this really the case here of transferring from working to family visa? Anyone who can shed light to my confusion?
