I got SCAMMED on QL
Hello everyone,
While browsing on QL as usual, I've found some attractive goods for a nice price, I didn't hesitate to call the buyer and I arranged a meeting with him (just like all the other previous times). the guy showed up and gave me his name / nationality / work, showed me the goods, and I paid the money as advertised.
I got back home, opened and installed the product, to find out eventually that I was scammed. I called the seller on WhatsApp and on his phone, both blocked my number. So I called him from another number, he hangs up on me when he knew my identity...
I'd like to know if I have the right to file a complain against him or at least get him banned from QL since he's still selling other similar products.

You buy used items "as they are". There is no warranty.
just a friendly advice don't buy used electronics items as you didn't get a chance to check it properly keep remember you didn't buy a brand new so you should check it before you buy..

• Go directly to Consumer Protection Department to submit your complaint and discuss it with one of the competent employees as consumer protection is the responsibility of all members of the society.

Required Documents Link:
• Complainer name, address, job title annexed to supportive documents.
• Name of the party against which you submit your complaint, his address, work nature, violation type and place of complain.
• A detailed statement of damage caused to the complainers, if available.
• A copy of the invoice must be presented when submitting the complaint. Without the original invoice or a copy thereof, Consumer Protection Department will not be able to consider the complaint.

May be he himself is scammed too by somebody ........... so he passed on to you ..............

report him to consumer protection department or the Police immediately. I am sure you not his first victim. Some other people have been scam by him and some new will still be scam by the guy if he is not put behind bars.
Talk to him nicely .. Perhaps it was a mistake or he was forced to lend money to his in laws
Why are you waiting for advice .. Just go to the police and file a report
Send him, SMS and tell him, if you do not take back the items, you shall be reported to the Consumer Protection Department, and i am sure he would respond.
