Generally a new born can get the temporary visa on arrival if both parents have residency. however it depends on the citizenship as well if you are eligible for on arrival visa.

the immigration officer gave my new born a 90 days entry visa and wrote that i had to apply for permanent visa with in this time.

Better check with your HR department regarding this. Since Airlines and immigration staff have different policies.

when u arrive to Dubai u have to speak with the officer there, they may give u "on arrival visa" for ur baby considering that both parents have a valid RP in Qatar and the baby is still small, but don't forget to carry the birth certificate

good luck

As long as she is older than three month, so she needs a visa. However, they stopped issuing visas for lebanese right now.

Kids are allowed inside the country without visa within 90 days from the date of birth. If more, then visa is MUST.
