Probably separation anxiety only, just relax and think positively. ^_^

First off, relax and keep breathing. There is no reason to panic yet. Are you sure that his flight has landed here in Qatar and was not delayed for some reason? How long has the flight been on the ground? Is it possible that his phone is still turned off? What is his service provider? He may not be getting service here. I would wait a few days and see if he contacts you.
