I need you Help QL !!

My wedding is a month away and i bought a nice black tuxedo, but i HATE Bow tie so i chose to go for ascot tie (narrow neckband with wide pointed wings) but i can't find one anywhere in doha.

if anybody knows where i can get one please, please tell me...
