I want to be Blonde!!!!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I've tried so many hairdressers in Doha to have my blonde hair maintained and I either go home with yellow hair, ash blonde (then it goes grey in a week) and its as brittle as a brittle thing. I've even paid 1100 QR at the 4 seasons and within a week my hair turned gold...Since then I've gone brunette, hence my avator.

Must say that I miss being a blonde as its more striking (for me).

If you can find somewhere decent (oh and tell me about it) go for it girl!!! You can always change it back, it's not like a tattoo!!

it won't go orange...in fact, red fades much faster than any other color...so it goes gradually...

and yes, let's go get pampered..we both deserve it!!..just let me know when after the 16th and let's schedule an US day...

This a my final said about coloring your hair, Be ready to cut your loses If the profile does not meet your criteria and be happy with your decision.

Otherwise leave it alone. Don't pretend to be a freak of nature, just be your self and don't let it get to your head your new looks.

My Kuwaiti friend tried to dye his black hair blonde once.

I dyed mine red (yes yes University years).

His hair ended up orange and puffy. He looked like ronald mcdonald.

did you know that if you eat too many carrots your skin will actually turn a orangish color??? comes from the inside out...

but also works as a conditioner of sorts...

I do like the beer one though..it really does add body too..so you get two results..and smell like a brewery in the process...one for my hair, one for me, one for my hair, one for me...

it is very popular back home. rinse the hair with beer and stay in the sun. will give very nice blond color

dhw...seriously..start a bit darker blonde and add in highlights...if you like that then add in more highlights and go gradually that way...really can look good if the stylist knows what they are doing..

Never heard about beer to lighten your hair..will add more body to it though...and lemon juice lightens it but will dry it out..a lot..

i know beer is good for the hair, someone told me about the lemons..

just for goodness sakes, don't go platinum..nothing worse looking than that artificial color..start out a little darker blonde and work your way into what you want..not as much of a shock...wish i knew someone to recommend but I don't..sorry hon!!
