Impressive England, not so impressive India.

"England are after a 4-0 series victory and will go number one in the world easily. They are all over India. They are not just beating them but demoralising them. There are moments where it's touch and go, but like a boxer they wear them down before they knock them absolutely flat out. It's not England's problem that India aren't that great"

Boycott speaks the truth.

Lucky Lucy - They actually are. Just to bad they have other things on their mind besides cricket this time around I thought it was the tool between the legs and now I hear of guys with a tail between the legs. How about sharing a picture or atleast one of you with your tail between your legs with the guys at QL

Sehwag will return for the 3rd test - maybe he can engender some life into this lifeless unit ..........who are frankly an embarrassment to the name of cricket at the moment - Ive been watching cricket for 40 years and I cant remember a more lacklustre performance from a test side considered to be the best in the world.

@ Lucy Luciano... nah, not licking the wounds holding the tail in between the legs….. rather searching for the tail, to hold and swish...:) BTW most of the Indian Brigade is on holidays or busy standing for many on holidays at work...

Anyways good game(s) by England team.

Like any sport , teams will have their golden periods and their downs. Look at Australia.

India still has the nucleus of a good team. I'm sure they will bounce back ..

and an all round performance from England. A well deserved win.

India needs 5 specailist bowlers. They never look trying to win the Test match.

I think they will be dropped to 3rd or 4th rank in test cricket after this tour. What a poor performance by the Indian team. England batted in the same pitch to make a huge 2nd innings score of 544 in 120 overs with the economy rate 4.54 while India was all out for 158 runs in just 47 overs. What a great batting performance by the first rank holders. Only Harbajan and Praveen Kumar scored 2 digits other than Sachin Tendulkar. Wawa. Dhoni has been praised by the media for his sportsman spirit for withdrawing the appeal of run out of Ian Bell. That run out would have  made a big difference.

and we deserved it - we played better cricket. This does not mean India is rubbish at all. This is sport - some we win - some we loose.India is still a fantastic team. They just lost this time :-/ They will come back again and win.

Indian team better stop boasting abt some past performance and concentrate more on each day of the test... They are out of focus as a team... Dhoni is not a great leader to lead from the front (in tests at least!)... Now going to lose the 1st rank in test!

that was fair enough to impress , to win every match or series is not Indian team policy at time we need to give the babies a chance to win

England is playing good cricket as a team, they are too good for the indians at the moment. Indians on the other hand are resting on their laurels.Well played England!

Today I heard Dhoni showed his extraordinary 'sporting spirit' by calling back a batsman from the dressing room after he was given out by the umpire..

Was it some kind of a joke?? Or did he want to make a point??

The Indians have gone to England not to play cricket but to collect money for charitable causes, etc  run by the cricketers themselves. They appear to be so busy and pre occupied with their own things that they did not even have time to atend a party for them arranged by the Indian high commission. This guys have been fattened like chickens  so much by the Indian cricket authorities by  all the money and benefits given to them that they are physically in England but their mind is somewhere else probably on the new advertising contracts that they are looking forward to back home.
