The Industrial Area ...

Hi,

I've just moved into the industrial area (sounds pretty bad I know) and was wondering if anyone knew of a gym in the area ? The gyms listed previously all seem to be in the city which takes an age to get to from here.

Further are there are good food joints anyone can recommend ? Again somewhere not too far away.

I think like Bateel and Crepeaway are close by...or maybe not, I have the poorest sense of direction :(
