Qatar court of course... and filing a case against a Qatari sponsor...yeah right... i hope the people feeding him the idea that yer friend will win this are in their right minds...

mental disorder eh? so the more that yer friend shouldn't push through with the complaint...

remember the .... "plead for insanity cases???" or something like that...

good luck...

thanx for the great piece of advice and he does have a medical reported signed by the social service officer sombody recently told him to do the same but the problem is my friend is not willing to leave his job coz he says he gave him his full 6 years' night n days n he is not even willing to leave the sponsor coz he helped him when he waz totaly helpless so he thinks its rude to go to the court n file a case against him.he is told that he is on right n the court will help him in this case plus his sponsor is also suffering from some mental disorder so in this case also he can get complete support from the court.lets see if he is working on it or not..n if he is not then wat???

any hope or another way out..?

he's not the first...and definitely won't be the last

and with the name mentioned. tough one to fight of u ask me...

the work injuries and compensation thereof are NOT always followed. esp if the company doesn't give a s**t about their people. They (company) always have ways of patching things up... and the more if it is a private workplace...

if u think that he doesn't have a chance of working again, ask yer friend to resign, i know this will the most horrible comment u will ever read... but with how the way the story goes, i can bet my meager salary, yer friend has a FAT chance of WINNING the battle...

all the best for yer friend...

don't make me laugh. This person is screwed. The more I see over here, the more I see that the laws do not apply for workers over here.

there is a provision on Qatar Labor Law (Part 11 : Work Injuries & Compensation Thereof),it might also be useful to read Part 10 Safety,Vocational Health & Social Care. Try to ask help from ur friends embassy & the Human Rights here. But ur friend will surely need some documents as proof......goodluck,hope this helps

the social services of the hospital he was admitted to could have done something before he was discharged. i think the best thing is to go to labor department and file a complaint against the scrupulous employer.
