INSIGHTS middle east call centre awards 2010
I would like to take this opportunity to announce and sincerely congratulate Vodafone Customer Care team on being the winner for best Call Centre of the Year 2010 in Best Middle East Call Centre awards ceremony tonight May 12th.
At a dinner event which held by Insight Dubai, apart from Vodafone Qatar there were other competitor’s including government offices present for this gala event. Amongst all of these good competitors and for just a year old company it was a big achievement for Vodafone Qatar to receive such an award.
Apart from receiving this prestigious award, we bagged a few awards in other categories as well: Best Recruitment Program and Best Career and Skills Path.
