Intrest rate with loan

Dear All,
recent economic crises i have been attacked by the intrest rate where i had car and personal loan which is 9 to now 14% intrest with my big business name bank is it true the answer from them is your loan is flectuation how come without intimation any idea about how to close this loans soon, please help.
