to transfer pictures from ur iphone to any other phone... download ibluetooth. iphones bluetooth is improved in 3.0

it is compatible with more devices.... my iphone is currently paired with my sisters lexus stock stereo and my bro's chinese made stereo called JEC.

Ok Managed to work it out.......Got the skype going.

Does anyone know how to get the bluetooth functional?.....I am hearing some very conflicting news........some say IPhones bluetooth doesn't work, some say it works but it can comm with another Iphone only etc etc.....

I have seen couple of bluetooth applications in apple store.....Does anyone know what they are?

download fring.

u can use skype,msn,yahoo,gmail all toghether in fring... its a better voip app.

if u managed to download it to ur pc ... drag it to the itunes application library , connect your iphone and sync it.

I have a I have a jail broken Iphone, Skype, Facebook and loads of different apps in it and they work perfectly.

Well, it appears that the email address is the user name.........hmmmm confusing.

Anyhow I can't download the application from the IPhone....t just won't allow me since I am outside US.

I managed to download it into the PC, however how can I get it to IPhone and get the Skype going?

Ok I managed to create and I received a link which was sent to my email, however when I created the account it asked me the email address and the password plus other infos.

Now if I want to get the skype I suppose I get it through my IPhone. Am I correct?.... If so to access my account I have to put in Username and the password.....The thing is on creating the account I put in the password, but where has the username has come from??!!

Am I doing something wrong?

make sure internet is connected.

1)open itunes and click on itunes store

2)on the right top search field type the name of any free app example fring (better than skype) and press enter to search.

3)click on get app. a window will appear asking you to create an account. click on create an account.

4)continue and fill in the right detals click continue

5)paymet method .this is the moste important part. just tick on none and fill in the address info and click continue.

6)an email will be sentto ur mailbox,,,just open that and activate ur account....

hyrcania ..there is a way to create a free account. it has to be don with itunes that is installed in ur computer... let me just recall wat i did and give u a quick tutorial.....

The problem is that with my QTel sim card in the phone when I press iTune I get the message "Not supported in this country"....Therefore I am not able to create an account even a free one.

The other way when I go to download something it asks for an account to be created......... I am abit hesitant to create an account since I am not sure what will happen to the phone ie. Whether Apple detects the phone with another sim in it and knows it is unlocked and therefore locks it again??...I really don't know...

Has anyone been through this procedure I wonder?

Unfortunately I am new to Apple and the phone belongs to the wife.........

hyrcania , create a free apple account through iTunes. then download all the free apps like skype, facebook and much more. u can find them at AppStore in your iPhone.

u don't have to jailbreak for free apps.

I got one from Norway and it was officially/legally unlocked by the carrier in Norway. I have a Apple Account and use it frequently. I have Skype, Facebook and loads of different apps in it and they work perfectly.

If its jail broken i cannt say what will happen !!!
