The little girl is Prince Williams God daughter and she was covering her ears as there had just been a fly by. She found it noisy - Prince William was talking to her:-)
Well atleast all will agree that she does it so well, must be making a lot of noise as she gets excited and no wonder the kid is trying to minimize the effect of the noise on her little ears.
