Is it the Weekend Blues...

I am disgusted with the way prices are being quoted for the accommodation here. My family has moved into Doha sometimes back and we r trying our best to move out from this "suitable for single" kinda pad to a more appropriate place. I am shocked to see how people are hiring a nice decent villa and turning it into horrible pigeon hole size accommodations and not even embarrassed while quoting sky rocketing prices. What disappoints me a whole lot is that this is a particular community from my own country which has spoiled it to a great extent here in Qatar.

can we give it a serious thought!

I am not the one to ask about clubs. I have just arrived. But Some people today said:

Ramada Inn..Cube is the hot spot tonight and tomorrow. Take your ID. (passport)

Intercontinental Hotel west bay

Club Paloma

Sunday night

6-9 dinner

9-4AM live salsa music

Wednesday is ladies night

Also mentioned the Regis Hotel as an option. Hope this helps.

I'd like to wish you a great weekend. I don't know about other here in QL but as for me weekend, tonight time to my monthly clubbing with friends and tomorrow will be with family picnic in the corniche ;-)
