Job Offer

Dear Friends,

My friend is getting employement with a comapny who involved for Doha Metro Red Line South Projects. and it will be his first time in Qatar. They offer.

Basic- 7500 QAR, Housing-4000 QAR, and company car., Kindly advice is this is the fair salary as in Saudi he is withrowing 7000 SR( the living cost is very cheap in saudi , hence he save money too).

How is life in qatar and is this is a Good Salary for living a famaily (4 members) , what is the rent for flat/vills/appartmnets (not in city) ?, The office will be in Doha and posibale to get a house/flat (1 or 2 bedroom )around there or within 35 -50 kilometeras for around 2000 3500 QAR.

He cannot sponsor a family with a basic salary of 7500QR, sorry.

Dont compare saudi cost of living to qatar it is really very high in qatar compare to other GCC countries maybe ull not be able to save anything here with the above salary better you hold on with the saudi and read other threads connected to cost of living in qatar
