Job offer from UBL (united Bank Limited)

Dear qlers, i got a job offer from United Bank Limited (Ubl), package is all ok as i am fresh graduate but all i am concern is about release letter/NOC in future (if an employee wants to leave)..?? bcoz there is nothing mention in offer letter that whether they issue noc/release letter or not... Kindly give me your kind feedback... Thanks..

No Riaz, I suggest you to mention the same and get it clarified before you sign the contract.
