hi there

look the problem not that he is jordanian,it is a role in qatar, which if the sponser cancel the visa for someone then he cant have a RP for a two year, but if the company want him very strongly then it can make him a businessmen visa every monthes, but i dont think he will attacked cause he is jordanian

look when i was in jordan befor 1 month,i hear that there is a problem with jordanian with renew there RP and other, but as i see and hear now, that is not true and i think if anyone step forward with the law, then every thing ok,and if ANYONE breake the law then will punish

hi gringer

look the chanse for jordanian as a chanse for any one(syrian, egyption, palistania)

but we know that the american and west generaly have the main priority, then the prefered arabic nations is the libanon

about changing the sponsorship,it is difficult for anyone not only jordanian, and this just in qatar and saudia, the chanse is very low

Che Guevara,i wait for the official offer from the company near 1 month, and the visa just 3 weeks, realy it was finished befor the send it back to me with 1 week,so it can be issued in 1 week, but this is vary from time to tome, but dont worry, one of my friend who came to qatar befor 1 weeek toke 35 days,so be cool, cause it is open now for jordanian, and i wish it will still for you too !!

good luck

Che Guevara, Sad to tell u that situation still the same. But it depends on the company u work for if they have visa ready for a Jordanian. Otherwise, u will end up having 3 mos. work visit and need to exit now and then. But to apply for a new resident permit/iqama I dont think u can get an approval at this time. I can tell u this coz my husband is Jordanian. Let's just hope that things will goes right very soon.
