Can you please implement or tell to all your drivers to use the meter of all your taxi when there is a passenger. Most of your drivers does not use the meter of your taxi.

Did someone file a police complain against Karwa before? If so could you please tell me where to go & how to do it? Because I complained before to the Company management & they're not showing the slightest interest, so next time I'd like to go to the police.

Even if you report it to karwa management, its useless. I already file a complain, maybe more than 10 times now but nothing happens either 1 of the complains. Karwa management is SUCKS.

By law a taxi is required to use a functioning meter and must be able to supply a printed receipt on request of the customer. If the driver does not use the meter just simply ask him to turn it on or get out. If things get out of hand just call the police because the Kawa management are not the sharpest tools in the shed.

if nobody will report it, they will do it again to another passenger.

If dont trust Karwa management, maybe you can do directly to the Police Station :)

tell the driver to go there and wait, do something that will make sure he will wait for you and let the Police pick him up :D

No point in breaking your head and expecting any action from the Karwa Management. Manage in whatever way you can by yourself else let it go. Rules drafted by an outside consultant are good on papers only for anything and everything here however the record of implementation of same is extremely poor.

It’s simple. If they do not use the meter, do not pay the fair.
