Kerala & Filipinos
For some time now, I have been looking for an accommodation to rent, and something is really so funny and somewhat is more irritating that 80% of the rents posts are for Kerala or either pinoy / Kabayan “means Filipinos”.
I can understand that same nationalities would love to stay together but we are here in this country are strangers and foreigners, so why this racism? Why we don’t get to know each other’s and be more friendly!!! If it happens and someone on the street asked you for a help, would you ask him first what your nationality is?
And the most funniest that some are offering to share their accommodation with a monthly payment and same time they are asking to pay a commission as a half or full one month!!! Does that called rapacity?!!?
Anyway ……… good luck to all!!!
If u r smelly @ ataperla , no one would ever come near 2 you ,either a kerala man or a pinoy !!!
Only a stupid like u hates good humans from other nationalities.
Knor/Chameleon, A mental like ataperla would never understand a thing, a drunk 24/7 is good 4 nothing. Most qlers ignore this douchebag.
Hello Everyone, I believe it's neither racism nor prefrences it's just out of fear of unknown. Once you start living with people of different nationalities every day is exciting you learn new culture, language, try new food and engage your self in healty debates. For me home is where is your family once you are out of that setting embrace everything that comes to your way with a big smile and enjoy new experiences in life
Norieloner nice explained and well said.. From your comments analysed that smell is a priority. Absolutely its not an racism but (Nose)ism. Lol..
Absolutely not racism, It is different story if someone as for help on the street ..etc.. its simply finding someone in common an all aspects and comfortably.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU! hope you enlightened with such comments.
which one do you prefer a good smell or a bad smell? if you like a bad smell so you can live at the same room> and vice-versa.. Example a used clothes u cannot put a the same place with unused one!
It is not racism....It is called preference. I suppose you would not want to share your place with people who do not conform to your standards of living as well.
I think it is more on avoiding such issues.. and not racism at all. preference?
Yes that’s correct, its all about the “smells” specially who doesn’t use deodorants or who bath once a month, some also they eat fried smelly fish at 5 o`clock in the morning!! Some are talking loudly in mid of the night!!
That’s totally true that home have to be comfortable, so the best thing is just to live a lone.
Cheers…..
nice one gene_lv! :P it is not racism ataperla....it is called freedom of choice. Anyone in the world is free to make a choice. But not everyone in the world will benifit the same or suffer as much as the other person making a choice to say or do something of their own free will.
It's because ..No body else likes to stay with kerela's people & pinoy's generally don't prefer karelites..
Let the war begin.
Can someone who takes a bath 3 times a day share his place with someone who hardly change his clothes, brush his teeth or smell like fart? It is not racism because a home is a place where you will find comfort after a hard days work. How can you be comfortable if you are living with someone that you are not comfortable with? Have a nice day..
So true!!! hahaha Lets all get along people.
