Is a lady cheap....
By tresgandas •
just want to know your idea or point of view if a girl is cheap when she wants to spend her vacation with her boyfriend in other country where the guy stay..instead of her boyfriend coming here in doha..is that cheap or just okay??

This thread shows the exact two things I hate most about alot of societie: double standards and butting into other people's business. Live and let live!

have come to think, so never apologize for that...again tho..to each their own and let us not judge them...for we may be the next to be judged, for whatever reason...and hopefully they'd think kindly upon us also.

i forgot to add that it's not proper in ALL society, whatever nationality the person is.
sorry for the ommission.

actually its not "proper" to do that in just about any society...just some people are more apt to take their own live in their own hands instead of caring about what others think...

Like I said, the comment NOT Boer is "kinda" harsh. Boer corrected himself and all is well.
If you think it's a stupid question with a stupid comment, it's your opinion...I'm not disagreeing or agreeing to it. I'm also giving my opinion...

I don't blame her, I wouldn't want to stay in Doha either if I had a chance to stay in Dubai.

What is the difference? All are same same :)
Yes Azi. These women manupulating innecent men like ME to their Fainancial advantage saying
"Handsom Man come my Bar" so what is your new speedser?
well why did you call boer's opinion 'harsh'? You are being as judgmental
as you accuse me of being then.
just saying

Hmmmm...and I'm 25 years old. :-P
Hiya, buddy! My buggy of a car finally rested in peace...your prayers were answered... lol

If I'm not mistaken, she's a Filipina like me (correct me if I'm wrong, TG) and by our customs and traditions, it's not PROPER to do so.
It's like "chicken feed" going to the chicken (or rooster, in this case- just making this light, TG)...the MAN should be the one who should be doing the effort.
I don't consider it a stupid question...nor a stupid answer. It's an opinion and since this is a forum, we discuss about it...don't you think so?

I see the other way. "I see an awful lot of women taking financial advantage of innecent men like ME lately....
That's new to me? Well, they better stay away from me because I'm TOTALLY BAD NEWS....whehehehehe

boer's comment may be harsh but I think tresgandas opinion is pretty much set, so its was a stupid comment to a stupid question.

I didn't check the profile and assumed it was a male.
Tresgandas, I owe you an apology.
I guess you're just trying to look out for your friend.

Tresgandas is just voicing out what she thinks and maybe posting it here for our opinions would somehow enlighten her and convince her to reconsider what she thinks...

Tresgandas' friend is of age and can decide for herself. The BF coming over won't change anything as they may be playing checkers (as Scarlett put it) or whatever...totally NOYB.
We understand what you feel/think...it's kinda NOT ACCEPTABLE if we're basing it from the way we were brought up by our parents and elders. We're not justifying that your friend do whatever she feels/think like doing...sometimes, it's better we keep our silence and painfully watch/support our friends do what could make them happy.
As a friend, just be there when the time comes that she needs you...

You resent the fact that she is going to visit her b/f. You're p'd off because you couldn't get into her pants??

if i had to venture a guess, your friend is by now an EX friend since you chose to make this situation public on an internet forum. I'm sure that if you are on here, she is also and knows who and what you are up to.
Now on that issue...stop for a minute and think...as a friend, WHY are you judging your friend on her morals?? She may be going to visit her boyfriend and they might be playing checkers all weekend for all you know(NOT that its any of your business in the first place!!) Heck if he comes to Doha to visit her, they might, GASP, be playing cards...What matters is the fact that SHE(and he) is fine with what they have planned for the vacation. So...why not back off(might want to think about apologizing to her, tho) and keep her business where it belongs...with HER!!!!

Hope you don't mind me saying...but it's ENTIRELY UP TO YOUR FRIEND.
It's her decision to spend her vacation with her BF and whatever happens to her and her trip/vacation. Or vice versa.
I know you're know just concerned of what others would think about your friend and you care so much for her. But saying it's CHEAP...and her finding out that you think so...you would hurt her feelings and might lose the friendship.
As a friend, she needs your support...tell her what you think and give her your opinion (as nicely as you can), maybe she'll appreciate it...

What is so cheap about it....I really dont u'stand. It is up to u to decide.... I dont think their wud be any problem in any country if u conduct & behave urself properly in the right way & in the right place...
How will I protect myself from all the cheap girls when I fly next? Airlines!!! - nothing more than flying brothels!

"Well don't tell your friend you think she is cheap or she will be an ex-friend."
----> i giggle reading your comment Adey.
Cheap - Is it related to the expenses or to the character ???
Decent girls traveling! How do they get away with it?
Well don't tell your friend you think she is cheap or she will be an ex-friend.

Ahhhh, if I understood tresgandas properly, I think the difference is the double standards. If he comes, he's being a gentleman and doing a sweet thing. If she goes, she's desperate and throwing herself on him. Is that what u mean tresgandas ?
I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong -Garfield
I have the same question as Adey and Hummer, what's the difference between her visiting him and him visiting her ? :S
I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong -Garfield
i find it cheap because she is a decent girl...it's better if the guy will come to visit and spend days with her here rather than going there..anyway, that's her life..that's her decision..and im just her friend...
No it's not cheap
Why get so angry? if she comes to Denmark you are finished forever and I like be around to see your sorry face:)
No it's not cheap- you wouldn't be saying it's cheap if the guy wanted to visit his girlfriend, so what's the difference?

@Vegas ... long time no see. Where have you been hiding?
thanks for all your comment..
WTF is wrong in that - if she likes the guy she should go - nothing cheap there...
- I took the blue pill and found myself alive in Qatar - wish I had taken the red and stayed in Europe
I dont understand.
If she goes to spend her vacation in Dubai where her boyfriend lives she is cheap.
but
If her boyfriend comes to Doha to spend time with her during her vacation she is not cheap.
What's the difference?

actually, she wants to spend her vacation leave there..for me as her friend i dont find it good for her...i find it very cheap....
maybe she just wants to get out of Qatar for a break?

he works in dubai...
it all depends on the culture one comes from & the country where your boyfriend works ...... would this be possiable if yr boyfriend worked in saudi???
is cheap, hope that answers your question.

It depends on the country where ur boyfriend lives……
Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape!
If ur a Westerner no issues dont have to worry for that as the western culture permits. If ur from Asian or Middle east its not only cheap its disgusting aswell....
