laptop keyboard print!

hi guys,

so i bought a laptop from the US and it has english only keyboard. i know it is possible to laser print arabic characters on the keyboard and i have done it last year in dubai for 20dhs. i looked here and the cheapest i got was 150! any body knows where can it be done at a reasonable price?
