It's required in powder form so that it can he mixed with honey or warm water to drink. It's sad that this market doesn't understand the importance of a super herb like neem. It's a really shame. The benefits of neem go a long way for curing hundreds if not thousands of illnesses.

I doubt you will find this in Qatar. Try LuLu but I doubt you will find it there also. It is an item with a very low demand. By the way, why do you need it in powder form? This is first time I got to hear someone asking for neem in powder form.
