Major visa problems - any ideas?

My husband has failed the medical test!  I am not sure what to do.  10 years ago, he was exposed to TB.  Apparently, the Qatari government will not let you stay if you have had TB exposure EVER.  (Mind you, this is not an active infection.)  Does anyone know if there is an appeals process here to the medical testing?  Is it common that he can just be "sent home?"  Please help!

Sabrina, unfortunately not much can be done. Don't try to bribe anyone. You can ask for the medical to be done again but if the results are positive again he will not be allowed to stay. Unless you get a very strong dose of vitamin W, i.e. Wasta.

Apparently, there is 1 doctor at the Medical Commission that has the final say. I wish I could bribe him...he just has not appeared all that bribe-able.

Find out who to bribe??? I'm sorry I've never heard of this situation, but I wish you the best of luck.
