Media-Com Karaoke

Hi I'm interested in buying a Media-Com SD card but I don't have media-com machine. I'm hoping I can play it by using my multimedia player (which plays a lot of formats).
Is anyone using a sd card/ DVD that way? or knows what's the format they use ?
( I heard the DVD will only play in Media-Com machines)

no even on pc it wont work
