Mobile phone question (Motorola) - Will it work on QTel?

I moved here recently from the states and I am trying to figure out what phones will work here. Right now I am looking at buying a Motorola MPX200 GSM phone (I found a really great deal). Does anyone own one of these or know if it will work on QTel's network?

If it's a GSM phone it should work.
