muneera is just one of the kinds of enforcers of Islam,, even some christian groups like born again or some sort of religious clubs try to enforce their ideas onto common man,, bad mentality!

It certainly should be in the events section, but to me it does not proselytise. It is just introducing the speaker and giving his background..

I agree that the post is in the wrong forum - as are many others.

however, i have read and re-read the post. Where exactly is it being "shoved down people's throat" ?

Munnera : It'sreally fine to have a religion ad be proud of it, but please don't whip it out on a public forum and start waving it around... and PLEASE don't try to shove it down other ppl's throats.

Even those deployed in all countries and who went to hell did not believe with those who do not believe, but galaxies distant nor God Are they Muslims or Christians or that their beliefs are completely different from those in life all look alike, but when death is known from not know what is the fate of the world and the earth and God and all of them did not see the first time prophets So how can they know they already dead and did not get to know the Prophet!

are you trying to stop people from coming to the event?

I am sure people who are really looking for the truth will come and not necessarly accept what they say but go and discuss it with other, thats why we are living.

no one will be deported for this. Qatar is a welcoming country and all people are free in their religion

But hey this is QL right!

This is a bit odd...if somebody advertises events on QL other than in Classifids, they get immediately deleted.

I am happy to see that won't be the case anymore from now on! :)

I missed out on many interesting events because of those deletions...great that this has changed now :)

There are big differences and please check

www.islamway.com

www.islamhouse.com

here is a qoute for those who are interested:

"Each person is born in a circumstance which is not of his own choosing. The religion of his family or the ideology of the state is thrust upon him from the very beginning of his existence in this world. By the time he reaches his teens, he is usually fully brain-washed into believing that the beliefs of his particular society are the correct beliefs that everyone should have. However, when some people mature and are exposed to other belief-systems, they begin to question the validity of their own beliefs. The seekers of truth often reach a point of confusion upon realizing that each and every religion, sect, ideology and philosophy claims to be the one and only correct way for man. Indeed they all encourage people to good. So, which one is right? They cannot all be right since each claims all others to be wrong. Then how does the seeker of truth choose the right way?"

Judaism came first of the monotheistic religions. Then Christianity came along, and then Islam. All of these religions believe in the same God, but the word in there native languages use different terms for that reference. Each of those religions have the same teachings really.

Jews = Torah - Hebrew

Christians = Old & New Testament - Trasnslated from Hebrew to Greek

Muslims = Quran - Arabic

Each of these religions have many variants of their "bibles" and each sect in those religions all feel they are the "ones". But in reality... those religions are just built on top of each other and it's only the people who are different.

A Muslim believes that there is no deity worthy of worship except God alone, that God has no partners, no sons no daughters and no parents, and that Muhammed is his slave and messenger, as was Jesus, Moses and all the other Prophets before him. That belief is what differentiates a Muslim from other faiths.
