Netflix in Qatar?

I was wondering if anyone out there has managed to configure Netflix streaming on their TV .

I know that Netflix does not cater to Middle East but there are ways (via VPN) to view Netflix.

Please let me know if you have managed to do this and also let me know if there are any bandwidth limitations for it .

i use Hotspot Shield (VPN) to view Netflix and Hulu.

as i use tv links which you can watch most things without needing a external vpn
