It is evident that you are still young to the Middle East and have not faced the bitterness of getting thrown of a job just because you are not a Keralite or a Filipino. Both communities run on a Mafia-style when it comes to jobs or supporting their own people blindly. As for the natural beauty of Kerala, there are many other places in the world where nature has shown its colours and you just need to open your eyes a bit wider to see them. With regards to wearing of gold by women, Kerala is not the only place in India where women feel safe while wearing gold. There are many places in the world where women are safer in every way more than in Kerala. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are two lovely examples of such places.

Visited Kerala and felt pretty bad that how actually Uttar Pradesh women are scared to wear gold. But in Kerala nothing like that.

So which kind of people we are living with who feels that helping own state people or own brother is bad?

Yes Keralites feel happy that they are capable of helping own family and relatives. This is what we lack?

We are earning and we all are like crabs in a box.Never allow own brother or sister to rise ahead of us.

May be lot many of us are jealous that while we are spending so much on buying clothes and furniture others are busyin sending money back home.

They save and they are richer than us.

Visit Kerala once and see the lush green state and honest people there.

If Keralites are bad that means all other from whole EARTH are true people?

Sorry to say but Filipinas are much better too. You want to see it? Go to any interviews. Filipinas are in best office dress but I have personally seen Indian boys coming with shabbily dressed India ladies wearing dirty slippers, dirty feet and messy looks.

See we are not here to fight. We are discussing things and we should always see good in others.ISn't it?When we point one finger on others we show four to ourselves too.

They firmly believe the world was made just for them and others do not have a right to live or earn here. Just like the Filipinos, they will not allow any other nationality or even people from other provinces of their country to find employment in the companies they work for or enable them to exist for long if one is already employed there. If you get to talk to one of them even at the baqalas so many of them own and a Malayali enters the place, he would simply put you aside and attend the new comer. It has happened to me several times not just in Qatar but also at other ME countries where I worked.

What I liked for Malayalee, they are spending money wisely, they are not type of people who are one day millionaire. They spent and count a penny. Before most company are employed by Malayalee because once in HR Dept or Manager are from same tribes, definitely they will employ same, when someone applying jobs they keep the Resume or CV in the dust bin if other nationality. They will hire same tribes. Now most of Company like Banks, Hospital and big companies, realized that keeping one Nationality in one company is not good for them, so in every company now are United nations, means mixed employee.

That's the known part. There is another part for themselves. I agree with some points that they work for long year for same salary and bring more staff to the same firm. Did he brought non-malayalee fellow to work ? . I challenge ! They never. How many of us knows they collect lump sum money for bringing them in their office ?

Funny thing is, malayaalee never believe in malayaalee.

But i believed ( Am not a malayaalee) , gave him one term fee for his son studying in india. Never returned my money. Any malayalee can help me if you are so proud of your fellow member and think that they are very good in the world?

we all know about you guys. we can see lot of post in this forum itself with picture about loss of money.

What is in the stomach, none would know. It is a hard task to make them open. They are mostly self coiled in themselves.

Despite their best business resilience, they are famed for doing every trick (whether right or wrong) to succeed.

I have worked with this type of people for 03 decades, some of them are good but mostly are back fighters and spooners, when a Manager of a company is Keralites, ninety nine percent will be the same tribes. Even from Delhi and Mumbai folks are they dislike them.

When one person come to work, he always try to bring his family, relatives, nabourers, friends, friends of friends, relatives of relative etc. and He will never leave although he works for the same salary for 20 years. This is Malayali spirit :)

Malyali people are well known in the Middle East for their low temperament, resilient business mind and shaking their heads sideways.

Their support to each other of them is exemplary.

However they themselves opine, very openly that "for business every thing is fair and right".
