New cell at HMC

I have just read on the Peninsula web site that the HMC have opened a new "cell" for receiving complaints from patients and staff.
Perhaps the word "unit" woud have been a better choice. Maybe it's just my mind but I immediately had visions of complainants being incarcerated in this "cell"

Actually I thought you only went to a hospital if you HAD a complaint of some sort or another anyway! Hee
