The Doha Rugby Club shows all the big rugby games as you would expect, so I would head there for the 6 Nations- or any bar/pub.

If you are interested in doing something active yourself, Qatar National Sports Day is on the 12th February and one main event is the Dolphin Energy Doha Dash. It's a community fun run at Doha's Losail Circuit. If you're interested then do check out the website; www.dohadash.com

Just apply Mozaic TV package in Qtel, you can watch everything you're asking for.

There is a rugby club so you can play and watch 6 nations rugby.

There are many bars here that show English football in English so take your pick.
